When you purchase DIVINIA products through this website, you agree to terms of no refunds/no returns, FOR ANY REASON, as this is a beverage/consumable product. You also agree to charges on card or payment method immediately upon purchase on this site. Prices subject to change. When you purchase DIVINIA on this website, you also understand that products are shipped via UPS or private freight company. When products leave our facility, they are no longer under our control and DIVINIA is not responsible for delayed shipping due to lost or stolen packages, weather, holidays, strikes, etc. DIVINIA is also not responsible for duties or taxes for international shipments. You also understand that by purchasing DIVINIA, you are buying purified water bottled in glass. Due to the fragile nature of glass, our products can break in shipment, chip, show imperfections, etc. If you do receive any broken bottles, please contact us directly to resolve the problem. We might ask for pictures of the broken bottles in order to file a claim with UPS.
DIVINIA Water is purified through a process unlike any other, committed to a higher standard of quality. We estimate approximately 12 - 15 business days for orders to be fulfilled and shipped (not including subscription orders); business days are Monday through Friday and do not include holidays. DIVINIA is not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances, Acts of God, strikes, weather, etc. Shipping times are estimates and commence from the date of order. Shipping times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 20 business weeks of the date of your order. Please note we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
Any forced refunds or chargebacks started before the 20 business week in the terms of this policy will be disputed. as effort will be made to ship orders as soon as possible. If orders exceed the estimated time limit you must contact your banking institution to initiate refund.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments. We do not extend refunds because of wait time or time waiting to receive product, unless orders cannot be fulfilled before 18 weeks past above estimated shipping time. DIVINIA products purchased on this website will not be labeled with a UPC code, unless otherwise specified; this is to ensure that products are not resold without our authorization. Labeled DIVINIA products are sold at select retail outlets. Please refer to the "About Us" page to find authorized retailers.
